Hello Stampers! I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. We did at our house. Then everyone came down with colds. I'm hoping they go away before New Years Day!!
Back to Chistmas. DD1 is mildly obsessed with zombies lately as seem to be most of the teen/young adult world. Back in September or October I received my preorder for the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini. I was playing around one day with the googlie eyes. They were meant to go with a Halloween stamp set and they were SO cute that I wondered how they would look like on one of the Christmas stamp set. Well, this has been in my head for quite some time and I finally got it out of my head and into a project.
I made my girlie her own Christmas card. Gingerbread Zombie Apocalypse card. HAHAHAH! I put the googlie eyes on one of the gingerbread men from the Sentsacional Season stamp set. It was kind of cute and creepy at the same time. Kind of like Johny Depp as Willie Wonka...
Anyhow, this is what I came up with.
She loved it! Let me know what you think. Remember, if I can stamp, you can, too!

Super Sweet Project
Hi Stampers! Hope you have been doing well. I have been busy at home, at work, and stamping/creating. Today's project is a real treat. I got the recipe from my upline Connie Stewart. I was also inspired by her adornment of the projects. You can see hers here.
Edited to let you know the recipe for the sugar scrub can be found on Connie's blog with the link above.
Here is my version of this wonderful Sugar Scrub. I found some great 8 ounce Mason jars that are short and wide. They are also wide mouthed so you can get your hand into them. I thought they would be the prefect jars for sugar scrub. I have some of the retired Stampin' Up! fabric called Vintage Springtime and it worked perfectly with the look I was after.
I am whipping these up to take to a craft fair, and for Christmas gifts for the females in my family and at the office! Don't you think they are adorable?!? Ok! Until next time, remember, if I can stamp, you can, too!!! And create great gifts!!!

New Blog Header
Check it out stampers! I finally updated my blog header. It was fun to design. I used the Stampin' Up! digital project designer My Digital Studio 2. It has some really great new features. I didn't really use any here. I like to keep things pretty simple most of the time. What I really like is you can use as many of an embellishment as you like and NEVER RUN OUT!!!
Well, that's it for today. I promise to have new projects to share soon. I'm working on some great gift ideas. Until next time, remember, if I can stamp, you can, too!

Spooky Sponging (or September class)
Hi, Stampers! What do you think of this cute little trio of projects? Can you see what they all have in common? That's right! Sponging!! I had a lot of fun thinking up the projects for my September class. I guess you can tell it is Halloween themed. And the technique focus this month is sponging.
Each of the projects has been sponged on the edges, the surface, or both. It adds so much texture and depth to your projects and is quite simple. And so much fun!!!
If you'd be interested in making these three projects and having some fun with ink and sponges, join me for a class on Sunday afternoon, September 16, 2012 at 3pm. The cost is $15 to make all three projects. As always, space is limited, so please RSVP no later than 5pm on Friday, September 14th. You can either email me at tabray@sbcglobal.net or call me.
Until next time, remember, if I can stamp, you can, too!

Summer is gone, Hello Holidays
Well, summer is over for 2012. The kids are back in school and it will cool off soon. It's time to thing about the holidays. It will be Halloween before you can blink. Another breath and it will be Thanksgiving and then the next day will be Christmas. Time to start working on those great projects for Halloween Treats, Thanksgiving Table Decor and Christmas everything.
Here is a Christmas Ornament I made the other day. It was a lot of fun to make. I'm hoping to have enough interest to teach a class. Let me know if this is something that might interest you. This class would be $55 but you would take home with you, a completed ornament, the Ornament Keepsakes stampset (clear-add'l $7 for woodmount), Holiday Ornament Framelits, 1 pk Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons, and 1 pk Large Pearl Basic Jewels as well as the knowledge of how to make the ornament. The product alone is valued at over $50!
I hope you enjoyed the photo. Until next time, remember, if I can stamp, you can, too!

Where has the Summer Gone?!?
Hi Stampers. I know I have been gone far too long and I am so sorry! The summer has been busy flying by and this weekend was Back to School Shopping! AKKKK!!!
I have managed to squeeze in some stamping time here and there. Here is a cute and fun project we made at my Upline's house last month. It is a card holder with dividers inside! It was so nice to get together with my other SU Demo friends and make a project!
I do have to run. Until next time remember that if I can stamp, you can, too!!

Too Cute
Hi Stampers. Sorry I have been gone. It has been a long hard spring at my house. My DH and I each lost a very dear friend this spring. DH lost another friend and co-worker and my daddy passed away 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Sorry for so much depressing news. I will now move on to something fun.
Do you see the new die that will be in the new June annual catalog. That's right the new catty will be out in June this year. The retiring lists are out. You can view them on my website at tory.stampinup.net and order while you are there. Remember the accessories are while supplies last. Oh! Don't freak out when you see all the stamp pads on the list. SU! is coming out with a Firm Foam pad. The colors will all be the same (except the 2010-2012 in colors will be gone), just the pad inside will be different.
Now, about the new die!! Is that not a CA-UTE little purse? It will hold about 4 nuggets. I made mine from Sahara Sand card stock, ran it through the Square Lattice embossing folder before I assembled it and then added some bright punched flowers to make it look like a straw handbag.
Well, that's it for today. I will try to keep things more current. Until next time remember if I can stamp, you can, too!

March SU Stars Blog Hop
Hi Stampers! Welcome to the SU Stars bloghop. You may just have come from Stacy Coombs blog, www.stampinstace. blogspot. com . She always has such cute projects. If you started here, or get lost along the way, you can always find your place at the home page, http://su-stars.blogspot.com . This month's theme is My Digital Studio. All the projects are created on My Digital Studio.
I opted for a card today. I used Pool Party, Island Indigo, So Saffron and Whisper White. The stamp brush sets are Baroque Motifs and Enjoy. I added a white button to the middle of the "o" for interest and three white brads in the upper lefthand corner. Simple but fun.
Have you tried My Digital Studio? You can download it for FREE for a 30 day trial. Just got to my website, tory.stampinup.net and click on the shop now.
Ok. Off you go to the next stop on the blog hop with Loni Holt at her blog, www.loniholt. blogspot. com . Until next time, remember if I can stamp, you can ,too!

The first one will be 10am-noon Saturday, Feb 4, 2012 and the second will be 2-4pm on Sunday, Feb 5, 2012.
